323 Basketball is a ministry of Eagles Landing First Baptist Church dedicated to engaging youth ages 5-15 through local, inclusive athletic opportunities. Our purpose is to use sports to build Character, Competition, Commission and Community while inviting every participant and family to know and follow Jesus. By offering diverse sports, mentorship, and positive community experiences, we aim to create welcoming spaces where people from all backgrounds can encounter the love of Christ, grow in faith, and develop lifelong relationships that extend beyond the field.

323 Flag Football is a ministry of Eagles Landing First Baptist Church designed to engage boys and girls ages 5–15 in a fun, competitive, and Christ-centered flag football experience. Our mission is to use the game we love to build Character, Competition, Commission, and Community, helping every athlete grow both on and off the field.

Through weekly practices, skill development, mentorship, and game play, Monday Night Flag Football provides a positive and encouraging environment where athletes learn teamwork, discipline, and faith in action. Our coaches are committed to teaching the fundamentals of the game while modeling Christ-like leadership, sportsmanship, and integrity—on every snap and in every interaction.

Whether your child is new to football or continuing to develop their skills, 323 Flag Football offers a place to belong, to compete, and to be challenged—athletically and spiritually. We believe every player has a purpose, and our goal is to help them discover it through effort, encouragement, and the joy of the game.
