At 323 Sports, we believe sports are more than games—they’re a platform for life change and a light that can’t be hidden. Inspired by the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:14–15, we exist to use the joy of competition and teamwork to shine His light in our community.
323 Sports is a ministry of Eagles Landing First Baptist Church, born out of a desire to reach youth and families through meaningful, Christ-centered athletic experiences. What began as a local sports outreach has grown into a community where faith, fun, and personal growth come together. We welcome boys and girls ages 5–15 into an environment where every practice, every game, and every huddle becomes an opportunity to grow in character and faith.
To engage youth through inclusive, local athletic opportunities that build Character, Competition, Commission, and Community—while inviting every participant and family to know and follow Jesus. We aim to create spaces where every athlete feels seen, valued, and encouraged to bring their best both on and off the field. Through mentorship, teamwork, and the message of Christ, we seek to help young people become strong competitors and even stronger disciples.
